I love the photo used on that CD. I used to have it as a poster on my wall back then. Oh dear, I've gone all sentimental again now!

In Hartford my friends and I were talking to Joe and we go to school at Northeastern and he went to school in Boston as well. So we wound up talking abut the Northeastern University vending machines, because we asked if he'd ever been to campus. It's not that embarrassing, but it seems like such a silly topic to have gotten on, but not totally my fault

Very funny! ;D The comedian looks like a character created by Jim Henson. I love The Muppets especially Kermit. What a cool frog!

I do yes. It's gotten a bit tired looking and tatty around the edges over the years - but then I have too!! ;D

LOL... This is usually how it goes for me as well. Especially the first few times I interacted with them. I'm sure the conversations would be very embarrassing if I remembered them!

When I met Joe I introduced myself as Lily then for some crazy reason (nerves perhaps) added "You can remember me by thinking of the flower." Doh! Number one, he's not stupid and number two, why would he want to remember me anyhow? So anyways, I saw him on the London underground last week and called out his name. He turned and looked along the line of people on the escalator going down until he saw me gesturing like an idiot at him. He smiled and called back "Hello Daisy." I was about to correct him when I realised he was joking. Then, when his train approached on the opposite platform to mine he waved and said "See you later Rose." I am really surprised that he remembered me and happy that he made the effort to tease me about the name thing. He's cool.

That is so cool, Lily! Joe has a wonderful memory. Everytime he sees me, he remembers the conversation we had in Dublin. I still never believe he remembers me...but he always refers back to that day!

Yes , that's what makes matters worse nicrn77, If you say something you wish you hadn't he'll remember and you have to endure your embarrassment all over again. Nice story...... Petunia!! ;D

I first met the boys at the Night and Day Club in Manchester, UK, during their Bitter Forces promo tour. Always a fashion victim I blushed when Dan smiled and said "Hey, nice boots!" as he passed me on the way to the bar. I forgot about my pink suede footies, over conscious of my lowcut top. For a second I thought he had said "Nice boobs!"
