Fiction Plane Amsterdam Show Broadcast

I was tooling around the Internet this morning and stumbled upon this little bit of really cool info.

Apparently, FabChannel.com is going to be simulcasting the FP Amsterdam show on Dec. 7 on their website.

All the detais for it are already posted here!

How awesome is that??

Now I don't feel so bad about being trapped on this side of the pond.

So for the East Coast it would start at 3:30 pm, Central would be 2:30 and Pacific would be be 12:30 pm.

Well, if you want to join in the spirit, you can go and stand outside in the cold for 1,5 hours before getting in again and logging on to watch the show ;D

Michelle, it looks like France and Holland have the same weather as us this time of year....minus the huge chance of snow that we have! Brrr...it will be chilly!

Hoping some of us can make it to the front row to wave! Sounds like the show is going to be PACKED!

No, that's okay. I usually show up late to shows anyway, what with traffic, delayed doors, and the occasional bad opener. Just a habit I've gotten into.

So yeah, I'll show up late and skip the whole line. Sure, I won't be in the front row, but that's okay. Doesn't usually matter where you are at an FP show, it's still enjoyable.

Here is the official release information regarding the FabChannel simulcast::

On the 7th December, FICTION PLANE will take to the stage at the legendary Paradiso in Amsterdam. Viewers from all over the world can become part of the audience live at www.fabchannel.com/fiction_plane.

The webcast will start at 20.30 GMT (3:30pm Eastern US Time). A few days after the live show, the entire recording will be included to Fabchannel's online video archive, so fans can relive the experience over and over again.

Live as well as on-demand, it is completely free!

Fabchannel records and streams live concerts every week. The Fiction Plane recording is the latest addition to the extensive Fabchannel video archive, which includes over 900 full-length concert recordings, including the likes of Paul Weller, Elbow, Okkervil River, Stereophonics, Danko Jones, Pigeon Detectives, Bloc Party and The B52's.

It was so amazing to be able to sit here at my computer and watch the gig live! They sounded great and the crowd was just incredible!
