Feb is when they will be heading to the studio... but even still, that's one step closer to new music!
Anyone know how long from studio recording until a new album is released? Is it 2-3 months after?
So that French interview said they had 5 songs written. Do we think it's a safe assumption that Sadr and Brakes are included in that number?

That's what I was implying. One step closer to more FP music in February. Who knows when a new album will be out or the next tour. But at least we have February to look forward to! ;D

Let's hope all goes to plan. The delay with the release of BF&LR was excruciating and it seemed like an eternity with LSOTB too. Being an FP fan is so PAINFUL at times! |

Oh my...it seemed like forever waiting for Bitter Forces! Then it was another 2 years for Left Side. I think 2009 we are long overdue for new FP music! |

I agree, Nicole! It's definitely time for some new FP tunes!
So if they are recording in Feb, does anyone have any insight on when the album may be released? I'm sure it takes a few months to mix it and a few months to promote it properly prior to the release. So would that mean a new album by summer '09?

I'm psyched to hear what the new stuff they write sounds like too. I'm hoping that the experience on the Snoop tour will bring an touch of funk to their sound... that would truly ROCK!
