The official street date for PARADISO is March 23, 2009.

PARADISO is offered in three formats: DVD/CD 3-disc combo, DVD, and limited edition Blu-ray!
The DVD, offered in 5.1 and 2.0 DTS Sound features Fiction Plane’s entire performance from the sold-out headline performance at Holland’s Paradiso theater from December, 2008.

As a bonus, the DVD also contains the never-before-seen unedited version of the “It’s A Lie” video (directed by Jake Sumner), behind-the-scenes footage from the video’s filming, and a photo gallery comprised of images taken along the band’s touring journey. The Blu-ray version features the same material.

PARADISO is only available in retail outlets in France, Belgium, and The Netherlands.
Due to the limited distribution, Fiction Plane and XIII Bis Records have set special pricing for fans outside of those territories, making it convenient to order.

I'm pretty sure I just ordered this from amazon.fr but I don't speaka da french. I hope I don't have an embarassing surprise arrive on 3 avril. I should have watched "Better Off Dead" to brush up on my Fronch.

The DVD/CD combo is already soldout on the band's website. Can't believe they wouldn't have stocked a bit more! Glad I already ordered mine. Guess I understand why they are encouraging the French and Dutch to order from their local websites!

Aw..man I didnt get a chance to order it in the store. Are they going to get any in their store or go through Amazon.fr? Is the Amazon Fr only set for that region (I think U.S. is region 1?)

The formats are all region 0, so it doesn't matter what country you order from.

Quick update on the FP Store.

Do not be alarmed, the DVD/CD combo is NOT already sold-out.

There was a glitch with the hot-button for adding the DVD/CD combo to your "cart".

Online technicians are currently working on the problem, and it should be remedied by Monday.

careful people! I just got screwed from the web site that is selling the DVD set. Apparently they are charging me not only for the Paradiso DVD/CD set, but also for another item that I didn't order that is more than the DVD/CD set.

I have emailed them with no response.

What did they charge you for? What did the receipt say that they emailed you after purchasing? That stinks!

well, the receipt they emailed me was just for the DVD. however, in balancing the checkbook today, I see where I was charged for the DVD plus an additional $34 US dollar charge that is pending. I have no idea what this is for. It's not a double charge because they are different amounts.
