I've been bugging Chris Bro who's show "Next" on 107 the Peak (NY) features new music each week. A friend & I emailed him to death last May when LSOTB hit the shelves until he played Two Sisters. I'm after him now to feature "Death Machine". Here's the website for the show and on it is a 'contact' link. Feel free to join the email assault. The more requests he and the station get, the more likely we'll get FP some air time. nextmusiconline.com/8.html

Just found another station that is spinning "Death Machine". This one is based in Des Moines, IA, where the boys will be playing next week. Let's bombard this station to turn some heads! KCCQ FM 105.1 515-232-0105 requests@1051channelq.com

I remember seeing a list of stations around the US playing Fiction Plane. I can't seem to find it anymore. I remember there was a station here in Portland Oregon, but of course have never heard Fiction Plane on there.
Anyone know how to get this list again?

I think if we all bombard these stations with emails daily they will start (or continue) to play FP!!! I've been trying to email the stations everyday! Patti...I got a response from the guy Chris!! Thanks for the email. I played Two Sisters a bit ago but I'll listen again and see if I can't find another track to play by mr Sumner.

So...I got another email from that guy Chris when I responded to his email (I just said thanks and FP rocks!) Yes they do I will agree with you there. I might have to wait until their next cd comes out which should hopefully be soon. The released in 2007 and I already played a track. I will see. I am thinking about "Drink" Chris Bro Host of NEXT 107.1 The Peak's new music show nextmusiconline.com/
What sort of radio show is this? He can only play ONE track off an album??

WOOOO HOOOO!!! According to Mediabase radio charts, both FP singles - 'Death Machine' & 'Two Sisters' - are receiving more spins this week than last week! Keep up the great work and keep the requests coming everyone!!! It is making a difference! As a reminder, here are the two stations currently spinning "Death Machine": WEQX in Albany, NY www.weqx.com/equest.aspKCCQ FM 105.1 515-232-0105 requests@1051channelq.com

Checked KCCQ in Des Moines again today, and "Death Machine" is still in their Buzz Cuts promotion. They just played it again last night! On their website, they stated that they like to hear feedback about songs being played that listeners like. Email them here! wild@1051channelq.comLet's make an extra effort to bombard this station and get the song into standard rotation. KCCQ has a good playlist to boot, and you can listen to them online! www.kccq.com/pages/cdreleases.html

In an effort to help Fiction Plane receive as much radio attention as possible, we have officially launched a promotional radio campaign in our SPREAD THE WORD section. The current single in North America is "Death Machine", and the single for Europe is "It's A Lie". Click on the link below to join the crusade. allison.moonfruit.com/#/radio/4529740938

I've been wondering, how do you get a local station to play FP on the radio? None by me have it that I know of?

I just sent an email to jaymichaels@sinclairstations.com at our local 96x station as well as to the guys at the local online radio station radiontenna.
They are very cool at radiontenna and usually play whoever I ask them to play and they KEEP on playing them, which is even better. A lot of stations will play it once and then if they don't hear anymore from fans, they won't play it. So keep on plugging away!
