Ok, I popped the DVD in to my mac and it said that I had to change the settings from Region1 (which I already had) to Region 2 (the apparent region for this CD.)
Now, I don't know if I go the wrong region since I have had to change it before? What region is the USA?

So the DVDs are all region 2 no matter where you order it. Now I have to pay to ship it back to France, providing I can even return it since it has been opened.

try your puter kittyface. it works on my laptop, but not the DVD player.

I just dont want to use it on my Mac. I did have a multi-region DVD, but that went kaput. This is disappointing. Liz |

I haven't received mine yet. This is very disappointing. FP management knows there are fans in the US that would be ordering this. You would figure they would make the DVD region 0 so all could play it. I say we all demand a refund.

We spoke with management today, who was actually shocked to learn about this. He will be going directly to XIII Bis to get to the root of the issue and figure out a way to satisfy everyone.
Daniel would like to let everyone know that he is taking this problem very seriously and will do everything in his power to remedy the situation.

Daniel would like to let everyone know that he is taking this problem very seriously and will do everything in his power to remedy the situation. I hope something can be done. According to amazon.fr, dvds and cds must be unsealed to be returned. There is no code for my DVD player to make it region free, and doing so would invalidate the warranty anyway. I don't even know that it would work since my laptop is region zero which is supposed to play all regions correct? Yet it prompts me to change my region to region 2. |

I was able to hack my DVD player and change the region to 0. Wow! That's really all I have to say. When I returned from France/Amsterdam in December I never watched the whole Fabchannel video. Thank goodness someone wanted to record and release this concert! Fabchannel did such a fabulous job shooting that show. The energy was spot on. I really felt like I was back in Amsterdam for that hour and a half. I couldn't help but sing along while pumping my fist in the air. Such an amazing night. The guys were truly enjoying themselves. I don't think I've ever seen Seton smile as much as he did at that show. The crowd just rocked. It was so great to have a pause button and spot me, Didecoy and Bee in the crowd!! The only thing that would have made this show more memorable to me would have been all of YOU there with US! Such a great night. I'm so psyched to have this recorded forever so we can all watch it over and over and over!! I'm SOOOO excited for the new album. This has got me PUMPED. Fingers crossed for some US dates in the near future! |

I just watched the DVD tonight as well. All I can say is that it is utterly fantastic. It's even better then the live fabchannel stream. They really did a awesome job cleaning up the sound and editing the video.
It must have been an amazing show to be at, because you could feel the energy through the screen. It's no wonder the guys love playing there- the crowd was amazing! I think it's great that everyone that went can now have this as a keepsake!
The extras are really cool too. The behind the scenes video was funny and the photo gallery is cool!

This was the best concert I have been to - ever. Everything was perfect about it. I hardly took any pics I was just so into the performance. What made it most special for me was that I have now been at all the Amsterdam shows (except Melkweg as I was flying home that night  ) so it's become the "spiritual" home of Fiction Plane. The first time i ever saw them was in Amsterdam - and the last time I saw them was in Amsterdam - and if I cannot get to any of the others this summer - Amsterdam will be the next place I see them! I am so psyched to have this DVD/CD - I can even my hear my "Woo-hoo's"! Yay!! LOVE it ;D |
