What's with all the tour dates in France? I hope for the rest of the EU fans that they add a few more non France dates.

They no longer have US distribution? What do you mean??? They aren't a Bieler Bros. band anymore. I thought that was common knowledge at this point. All their websites state that they are signed to XIII Bis Records, which unfortunately does NOT have a coordinating label partner in America.

Then lets just hope they get a new US label soon!

well, it was fun while it lasted I suppose. I don't think you should be so fatalistic about this. I see it as a type of strategy. If they tried to get another American label right now, they would have a really hard time getting anyone to take them seriously. Judging by album sales, they would be seen as a two-time loser. So it kinda makes sense for them to try to build a success story in Europe, so they have something to present to the American labels in about a year's time. I don't think they're done here; I just think they need to get their legs back. They've been in a very weird situation for years. Look at the track record - gigantic tours, little to no radio, and spotty publicity. It's no wonder they couldn't sell albums here. I'm hoping they are building a rock-solid strategy, so that when they do come back, they'll be firing on all cylinders. Of course, this is simply my theory on the matter.

How would it be common knowledge when no one said anything?? I didn't notice the change of labels on the Facebook or Myspace page. I hope its for the best!

Me too, Nicole. I suppose I'm biased personally as many of my closest, long-term FP friends participate here, but even so, looking as impartially as possible, I think this site is definitely the best!! I only post here.
Well, let's be honest, we have all known that things weren't happening for the guys under the BB label so it was time to look elsewhere. Like Drinksmithwicks, I feel this move is a positive one, hopefully a stepping stone to well deserved success! ;D

All I meant by that is that both their Facebook and MySpace pages have said "XIII Bis" as their record label since late January. You'd think that they would have at least made a formal announcement about a label change, though.Maybe they didn't want to burn any bridges with B.Bros. It's strange that FP is still listed on B.Bros own website as one of their artists. Maybe they are hoping FP will resign with them one day... I hope XIII Bis has their act together to build the success story that FP needs. I haven't seen too many promising things as of yet based on what they did to promote "Paradiso".
