I see that 311 is having a another summer tour. Various opening artists and good ones including the Yeah, Yeah, Yeahs, and Ziggy Marley!
The thing that gets me is the tour where FP DID open for them, it wasn't anywhere near me. Now 311 will be playing in my home town of Eugene Oregon at the amphitheater there. Man that would have been AWESOME if FP opened for them in Eugene!
Not possible thought as these are June dates.

That's a shame, Jen! We could have all roadtripped to your house to see them....
Hopefully FP will play closer to you when they tour for their new album!

Although there will be a haze over the crowd, it would be another amazing run. besides, 311 makes my ears bleed. ;D |

Although there will be a haze over the crowd, it would be another amazing run. besides, 311 makes my ears bleed. ;D the thing about this 311 tour, is it is pretty much in my old backyard and I could've walked there. That would've been pretty cool to see FP in the amphitheater in Eugene and then walk home afterwards whereas now I have to take an airplane to see them. A bit more of a burden on the ol' pocketbook. Michelle, I love roadtrips! |
