Yeh. Queuing anywhere counts. I listen when queuing at the bank or footy matches or gigs. Queuing is intolerable without music.

I listened to EWNBO whilst queuing this morning - at the post office, the bank and the supermarket. Then, whilst not as exotic as Marrakech, I enjoyed listening to BF&LR in a half-mown field behind my house. Glad you had a great holiday hermione!

I listened to FP whilst bathing in a health spa hot tub this week. It was sooooooo relaxing. A real treat!

Sounds wonderful Lily! I listened to LSOTB on a train this morning. Most of the passengers were moaning when there was a slight delay en route. Not me - I was glad of the chance to hear the whole album before alighting.

I listened to Left Side of the Brain whilst having the plaster taken off my ankle. Good to be able to scratch it again. The ankle that is - not the CD.

I headed for the golf course at daybreak this morning and listened to LSOTB whilst I played. I love this course, it's really hilly and rugged and deserted at that early hour. I had just a handful of sheep for company.

Here's another country view. I took this as I listened to Swings & Roundabouts in my garden today.

Wow, lucky you, York is one of my fave English Cities. Must take a trip there again soon. Before the Feet East gig last weekend I took a stroll through London's financial district (just a few minutes walk away from Brick Lane) and took some shots of my favourite of the newer city buildings whose architecture can be appreciated as much as the historical ones. Standing majestically in St Mary's Axe, this multi award winning skyscraper is truly eco-friendly. Its futuristic design maximises the use of natural light and ventilation and the building boasts energy saving devices throughout. The lights and air conditioning for example are movement sensored and cut out automatically when areas are not in use. The building is situated close to many transport systems and there is a large cycle storage area in its basement for both staff and visitors to use. At the very top sits a prestigious restaurant which offers the very best food and wine and breathtaking views across the city. It is a much loved piece of achitecture. It draws me whenever I am in the city. Most Londoners now refer to the building as The Gherkin though during construction it was also mocked as the Towering Inuendo and The Crystal Phallus for obvious reasons! I sat beneath the building and listened to Illegalmoveman which prepared me nicely for the gig to come.

You didn't bump into Sir Alan Sugar, did you???

So it is! No, I didn't see Sir Alan sadly. That would have been a blast. I LOVE The Apprentice. Drinksmithwicks, you're fired! ;D
