Odd that we have this Seton page here, and there are no threads discussing Seton's excellent, atmospheric music that he composes outside the realm of FP.
Anyone else have thoughts on The Daunting or Seton's solo music?
I thought "The Speys" was a very adventurous composition.
Looking forward to hearing more of his stuff!
Also, in talking with him, he highly recommended that everyone check out the Amy MacDonald CD that he performs on. He said he is on 8 of the 11 tracks of the CD and is really proud of his work on it. Sadly, it is still an import in America.
Anyone hear it???

I heard one of the songs he did with Amy Macdonald. It was quite good. I think I'll also have to pick up the album next week.
I have a few of the Daunting songs on my ipod. I love the sound of Halima's voice... "Storm Coming" is one of my favs.
I hope they get a chance to record more and go on the road.

Love that song the Speys on his facebook page. Me too, Nicole. The story behind the song is quite charming too... makes it even more special to listen too.
