Wow, this reviewer LOVES this CD. Glad that Seton got a mention because he/she kept referring back to the guitars on the album! Liz

Yes, it's a great review. It has convinced me that I should have a listen. Anyone heard it yet?

Yes, it's a great review. It has convinced me that I should have a listen. Anyone heard it yet? I ordered it from CDUniverse.com. Should have it in a couple days. I believe it was released in Europe last September. The European version has an extra track not on the US pressing. Not sure if Seton is on that track or not.

I'm anxious to hear it as well. I know Seton is very proud of his work on this CD, that fact alone made me want to check it out. After reading this review, I'm double looking forward to hearing it!

Really cool.... I love this album, we've heard "This Is The Life" here in France since few months now and it's really cool to learn Seton works with her.(my two boys are great fans I'm gonna tell the news !!!) Great Seton...

Good job Seton. Great to hear that the guys all play outside of Fiction Plane. Helps to keep them fresh and individual as musicians. So many become moulded into faceless, nothingness bands by money-grabbing record companies and fade away before reaching their potential.

I really like the Amy McDonald album, but had NO idea Sete was playing on it! Makes it even better!

My CD came in the mail today! Haven't listened to it yet, just browsed through the liner notes.
Had a bit of a giggle when I read that Amy thanked Seton for his "above average playing"...

Just listened to a few bits on Itunes. Sounds really great! Does Seton play on every song or just a few?

Just listened to a few bits on Itunes. Sounds really great! Does Seton play on every song or just a few? On the American version, he is on tracks 2,4,5,6,8,9,10. On the European version, there is an 11th track, on which he also performs.

On European version of this CD there are 10 tracks: Okay, then SOMEWHERE, there is a version with 11 tracks. I saw it on CDUniverse. The UK version features the extra track "The Road Home". I think if you buy it from Amazon, you get an exclusive digital download of an acoustic version of "This is the Life", but I don't know if Daunt is on that.

Hmm, made a little search.... so on Amazon you can get "This Is The Life (Acoustic Amazon MP3 Exclusive Track)" if you purchase version from record label Vertigo, you will get track 11 called "Road To Home" I've bought mine in France, it's by Melodramatic Records and there are just 10 tracks on it.
