one of these days I'm going to banish procrastination... Procrastination can be good....those last days/hours/minutes/seconds of inspiration are priceless! (Yet, I can be just typing this because I would be banished..huge procrastinator!) Liz |

I go back to school tomorrow and its like an open invitation to invite procrastination back into my life. Its going to be a rough year if I don't learn to do everything early...

I've still never been able to get past procrastination. And I really need to learn how, with all the writing I need to do. |

Room 101  Land mines…. People lose body parts many years after any one war. They did not go of when they where supposed to (well in the opinion of those that planted them) so there is no reason to allow these things to stay activated/ or on this planet at all to begin with. Food colourings There is absolutely no need for them. Why on earth do we need cheese to be more yellow than pee in snow??? We just need to adjust to the colours that Mother Nature makes for us. Timetables for trains Well in the Netherlands, as they are never right anyway All things passed their sell by date. ;D |

OK let's see..... Londonmews, I'm afraid that I am a procrastinator too - to the extent that I irritate myself at times! I cannot banish myself and other similar confessors here.  Em, rather than banish the pants (which are required by the tall among us) I'd like to suggest that you come visit me someday and we go shopping together. Here in England there are quite a few shops that have ranges especially for shorter ladies with curves. I do sympathise with your plight though as I just HATE clothes shopping generally. Pilotadam, I may have banished fish if I had not been watching a recent TV documentary series all about very recently discovered species of fish in the deep of the Pacific Ocean. Some of the creatures they are finding are just incredibly beautiful and so fascinating. Also, as I don't eat much meat I would miss my favourite fish dishes! Pre-packed foods are in though, my main problem with them being the environmental impact of their discarded wrappings. Well done you for suggesting this one. Ten out of ten!  Liz, yes, tardiness drives me CRAZY too. It's banished!  Didecoy, I'm totally with you on landmines. Horrendous! In they go. Absolutely no question. Food colourings are, as you say, totally uneccessary so OK, let's do away with those too. I can't banish train timetables though. I must say that most that I have come across when travelling have been relatively helpful. I do remember laughing at a timetable high in the Andes mountains of Ecuador. Someone had crossed out the estimated times and scribbled "F*** knows!" across it. Anyone who has travelled in South America will see the funny side of that! ;D |

I would banish squid. They freak me out with their creepy eyes and pointy heads and beaks where their bums should be. Just...I'd punch these things in the face if I didn't have to touch them to do it. Oh, and I saw a documentary about them once and it turns out they are smart. Not "drive a car" smart but "sneak out of my tank, crawl to the crab tank, eat the crabs, and then go back to my tank like nothing at all happened" smart. Puke.
