Ok, I've just remembered another thing that gets my blood boiling....the people at the baggage claim area who stand right in the front with a baggage trolley. Bugs the crap out of me! Take your bags off the baggage carousel and wheel them over to the trolley. AH!!!

Yuk. I hate squid, jellyfish too. OK Clevermonkey, both are duly banished!  Nicole, don't even get me started on baggage reclaim stresses!  Those who huddle around them bug me too, but actually it is the whole baggage carousel idea that really makes my blood boil. Example - you stand there for twenty minutes with no success then suddenly notice that your bag is on a neighbouring carousel instead.  Or worse still, your bag doesn't appear at all. Mine went missing upon returning from the Amsterdam gigs last year. I spent a whole week making calls to try to retrieve it, fretting because my FP signed shirts and CDs were inside it.  I got it back eventually thank goodness. But I suggest that we throw the whole carousel idea into room 101, thereby insighting the invention of a new, more efficient and less frustrating reclaim sytem? |

Well I don't know about that one BEE!!
You know how much I love airports and planes I wouldn't want anything changed!!
Although once when in Crete on holiday there were only 2 carousels and 4 planes landed at roughly the same time!!!
There were no signs telling us wich one to look on and we were there for 2 hours!!!! AGGHHHHH! one suitcase on one and two on the other!! SOOOOOO frustrating!
So yes maybe they could have some sort of extra! You pay extra for your bags to come off first and round the carousel first! Or even seperate carousels for each airline!

Thanks Didecoy. Yes, if Joe Bear comes along may he want his vest signed. He had better be safely stashed in my hand luggage. Or I could have Joe Bear on the seat next to me and pilotadam in my hand luggage! He could make teddy bear eyes at all the stewardesses - Joe Bear that is, not pilotadam. But then who knows, pilotadam may do that too! Just joking pilotadam!  |

LMAO!!!! ;D I think it would be a tight squeze in your hand luggage!!!! I think we can stick to Joe Bear sitting in your bag!! Ok I thought of something new today....I hate doctor's offices. Why do they bother scheduling appointments when you NEVER get in at the time you are scheduled for. Today I had an appointment at 9:30 am. They took me to the room at 9:50. The doctor didn't come into the room until 10! And she was in the room for less than 5 minutes! I understand when emergencies happen since I do work in the medical field, but my appointment was in the AM!! There is no reason why they should have been that behind so early in the day. So ridiculous!

Ok, I just realized my post was incorrect! The doc didn't come into the room until 10:30! An entire HOUR after my appointment was scheduled! What's worse was I could hear the doc out in the hall chit-chatting with the other staff members. Boo!

Good idea Londonmews. I couldn't banish bunnies, they are just too cute, especially the lop-eared breeds. But I LOATHE slugs so they are definately going into room 101- taking their slime trails with them! |
